The wide variety of annual events means there’s truly something for everyone here in the Tampa Bay area.
Check out concerts and other events throughout the year at the St. Pete Pier, get your groove on at the Reggae Rise Up festival in March, feel the blues at the Tampa Bay Blues Festival in April and enjoy a variety of musical genres at the beloved Clearwater Jazz Holiday in October.
The St. Petersburg Fine Art Festival in February, Mainsail Art Festival in March and the SHINE St. Pete Mural Festival in the fall are just three of the major art showcases.
Want to travel (briefly) to another country? Join in the Tarpon Springs Epiphany Celebration each January 6th in that Greek enclave, or check out the Dunedin Highland Games & Festival in April for all things Scottish.
Sports are huge here in Tampa Bay, so you'll want to check out spring training games, the Tampa Bay Rays home game schedule, Rowdies soccer, and memorable events such as the Firestone Grand Prix in February and the Reliaquest Bowl in December.
And be sure not to miss local Pride celebrations in June, such as St. Pete Pride, one of the biggest Pride celebrations in the Southeast. Dunedin Pride and Gulfport Pride are also wonderful June celebrations, in charming (and LGBTQ+ friendly small towns). Other PRIDE and LGBTQ+ events take place throughout the year.
