Each year, Cooters Restaurant & Bar on Clearwater Beach hosts a huge four-day party to celebrate the opening of stone crab season! The party features fresh Florida stone crab, king crab, snow crab and Dungeness crab all at deeply discounted prices. You'll also enjoy live music and a variety of drink specials all weekend long.
Enjoy a free movie underneath the stars every Thursday in October in North Straub Park in downtown St. Pete. Grab a blanket, low lying chair and a picnic to enjoy music beginning at 6 p.m. by King Complex and tonight's feature, 'Hocus Pocus' starting at dark. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

8 Florida Botanical Gardens Celebrates Fall with Pumpkin Fest

Florida Botanical Gardens brings a fun treat for families to get into the spirit of Halloween: Pumpkin Fest! Bring your own pumpkin to decorate or purchase one at the event for $5. All the tools needed to clean and carve pumpkins will be available on site. Get ready to put your carving skills to work at this free event happening from 1 pm – 4 pm.
