When the average highs in February come in at a teeth-chattering -1 degrees Celsius (or 31 degrees Fahrenheit) back home, the Toronto Blue Jays flock to sunny Dunedin, Florida, to prepare for the upcoming Major League Baseball season. It has been this way since the team's inaugural season in 1977.
Every spring, the Blue Jays play their home Grapefruit League games in this charming small town just north of Clearwater at TD Ballpark, which was renovated just prior to the 2020 season. While attending games, fans can enjoy a Craft Beer Dugout inside the third-base concourse and a large tent-covered grill behind home plate serving up pulled-pork sandwiches and baked beans.
