Tampa Bay Rays

St. Pete/Clearwater is where the charm of beaches meets the thrill of baseball. The destination anticipates a historic transformation of the Tampa Bay Rays Stadium by 2028, as part of an enormous 86-acre development of the St. Pete Historic Gas Plant District.

This project will include a new neighborhood ballpark for the Rays and generations to enjoy. Not only will this ballpark honor the legacy of the Historic Gas Plant district but focus on the community benefits and economic impacts for the St. Petersburg area.
