Nightlife in St. Petersburg
Looking to spend a night out on the town? St. Pete is filled with great options from dive bars and wine bars to nightclubs and gay bars. The choice is yours.
Spend the evening chatting over a glass of red and an artfully crafted charcuterie board at Lolita’s Wine Market. Or get a little gritty with a night out at The Bends, a moody dive bar with dollar bill-plastered walls and colorful drinks. And don't forget Beach Drive, which is home to upscale bars serving craft cocktails, including Flute & Dram, Tryst Gastro Lounge, and Stillwaters Tavern. The Canopy is a lively spot with a fabulous view of Tampa Bay.
Or why not go beyond the classic drinks-and-atmosphere night out? St. Petersburg also has a handful of exciting arcade bars such as Right Around the Corner, where you can play old school games while enjoying your beverage of choice. And if you’re hoping for an outing filled with dancing and DJs, the LGBTQ+-friendly Enigma is the place to sway the night away. In fact, you'll find a good selection of LGBTQ+ nightlife options, many of them in St. Pete's Grand Central District.
For even more options, head west to St. Pete Beach for beachy dance clubs and beach bars galore. With its live music and delicious tacos, Jimmy B’s Beach Bar is frequently voted the best beach dance club in town. Or stop in at Swigwam Beach Bar for casual coastal vibes, or 360 Rooftop at The Hotel Zamora to class it up a bit. The Dewey and The Hurricane both offer rooftop bars that make a night out more fun.
