The Bends

I stopped into The Bends for the first time and had a great experience. The vibe was welcoming, the music was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind. A special thank you to Lofi, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. As someone visiting the bar for the first time, that meant a lot. The female bartender was also amazing. It’s rare to find a place with great music, good energy, and people who truly look out for one another. I’ll definitely be back.

The Bends is one of my all-time favorite spots in St. Pete. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad night. Love the alt crowd, as well as the diverse events they host, like Pride Night takeover. Stop by when you can, you won't regret it.

Great atmosphere and vibe is really cool. Bartenders are awesome. This a must stop place if you are in the area. Always great drinks and good music. Hidden gem !

Oh every time we come we reminisce of our punk rock era. Love this local joint. Cocktails are great, bartenders love what they do, music is awesome! A place we’re we can listen to good jams and drink!

There’s no food here but the bartenders are awesome and the drinks are cheap and it’s a solid vibe.
