The Hotel Zamora

We stayed here last minute to celebrate our engagement. Staff was so so so accommodating for our last minute reservation! The rooms were wonderful with extremely comfortable beds, very spacious, and well done overall. Location is fantastic, you can see the beach from your window. During our stay, service on property was excellent to say the least. Front desk staff, bartenders, and valet were all warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They were truly a highlight of our visit and what made staying here stand out so much. Unfortunately, my recent email communication with Shannon May regarding a potential wedding stay was very disappointing and dismissive in tone. It was like she did not want our business at all. That experience alone has made me rethink hosting my family and friends here for our wedding, which is a shame given how positive our actual stay was. Overall on site staff is amazing but communication with sale staff is highly disappointing. The only reason service got two stars over one was because of how amazing on site staff has been. I will be researching other hotels near by for our event.

We had such a wonderful day at The Hotel Zamora! We purchased a day pass to enjoy the pool and could not have asked for a better experience. Craig took care of us all day and was truly the pinnacle of hospitality — attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the pool setup with both sunny and shaded areas, which made it easy to relax all day comfortably. The included kayaks were such a fun bonus and made the experience feel even more special. We ended the evening with dinner at Azura Coastal Kitchen, where Kelsey took amazing care of us. She was so kind, personable, and attentive, and truly made the perfect end to an already fantastic day. Huge thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience — we can’t wait to come back!

Hotel Zamora is a beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable suites, a wonderful pool area, and bar overlooking amazing water views. The on-site restaurant is terrific and convenient. This hotel gem is across the street from the beach, but their free golf cart service will take you over there along with complimentary beach umbrella and beach towels which is helpful for your convenience. I would recommend getting a balcony suite overlooking the water views in the rear of the hotel. Dont forget to go to the rooftop bar with amazing views of the gulf while enjoying a delicious drink. The staff are exceptional and helpful, and the location is great for checking out St. Pete.

The location is quiet and somewhat secluded, offering the perfect opportunity to fully unwind and relax. The accommodations were modern and unpretentious. The sink had a bit of mold, and there was some limescale in the shower. The room was not vacuumed and mopped property, however it was equipped with air purifiers, which was a nice touch, especially since the room we stayed in had a strong perfume scent lingering from previous guests. The outdoor terrace of the restaurant offered a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was good, and the morning staff, in particular valet was wonderful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us.

We had our wedding at The Hotel Zamora in late April and had a very positive experience. The location was perfect and the rooftop made for the best atmosphere during our evening. The manager I worked with throughout the planning process was great. The staff on site during our rehearsal and wedding were very helpful and had positive attitudes. The rooms were clean. Our wedding guests (many who stayed at the hotel) were all very pleased. The food was also excellent. Would recommend.
