One of the area's most popular seafood restaurants. The landmark Hurricane is three stories tall with five different dining rooms. "The Watch", an open-air twin bar on the roof top deck offers spectacular views of the Gulf. It's the perfect spot to look for a "green flash" sunset and best enjoyed with a signature Colossal Margarita or your favorite ice cold libation.
The Hurricane specializes in fresh seafood and has served its famous local Grouper as a sandwich or dinner for more than 33 years. The menu also includes dinner size salads, pasta, steak, seafood and a children's menu. Located in historic Pass-A Grille, the quaint business district brings a feeling of old Florida. Sugar sand beaches of the Gulf lie just to the west and just to the east visitors can enjoy walking along the bay, where you stroll along the sea wall or drop a line and go fishing.

We hesitated to come here due to other reviews but we are so glad we came. The grouper reuben was excellent. It was fresh and melted in your mouth. Their homemade sauce was the perfect compliment. Drink prices, considering their location, are very good. Rooftop bar is the best place to watch a gorgeous Florida sunset. And oh, did I mention the view? To die for. We do not regret our decision. Thanks Kyle for a great table and being a good sport. You da bomb. ;)
Went to hurricane last weekend and it's just not the same as before. They only accept cash on the rooftop. Actually they only accept cash if you are sitting down with a waitress or waiter. I thought that was bad business because what if people only carried cash? They are still remodeling some which really isn't a big issue. The food does not seem to be the same. We got the grouper nuggets and they weren't very seasoned. While my cheeseburger was overly seasoned. I don't know who the chef was on Sunday but they weren't very consistent. I only got about eight small pieces and being that they weren't seasoned took away from the nuggets. Definitely not satisfied being that it was $15. Everything is a la carte.
This is my favorite place to have lunch at Passa Grill Beach. The Grouper Reuben is my favorite, but everything I have had there is great. The drinks are great too, not watered down/over priced.
Went here on a whim to try something new and the food was excellent. Boom Boom shrimp as an appetizer definitely top 5. Had the grouper Pass-A-Grille. Def worth the money. Everything tasted fresh, bonus if you go around sunset and get to eat outside! Would def come back
The rooftop has exceptional 360° views but they do not serve food on the rooftop - drinks ONLY. Great seafood and bar menu. There's something for everyone. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. DEFINITELY order the HURRICANE cocktail!
