St Pete Pride Family Day on the Pier

Welcoming all LGBTQIA+ families & friends to this special event!

The St Pete Pride Family Day joy-filled event will bring thousands of LGBTQIA+ youth, queer families and allies to the St. Pete Pier for this one-of-a-kind Pride event. Last year’s event was a remarkable reflection of St. Pete’s diverse and open-minded community, with many of the attendees being ally families. Family Day on the Pier features kid-friendly activities, community resources, and the return of the 2nd Annual Pet Parade, filling the waterfront with smiles, wa ging tails, and Pride from 10AM - 2PM.

This is a free event and open to the public!

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at this event but must remain on a leash at all times. Please be aware that the asphalt can become dangerously hot and may cause serious harm to your pet's paws. To prevent painful burns and injury, ensure your pet has proper paw protection.

Parking at the Pier: There are two (2) parking lots as well as on-street metered parking located on the Pier along Pier Drive. Payment can be made at the Pay Stations within the parking lots, at meters for on- street parking, or via the Park Mobile app. Outside the Pier complex, metered street parking is available, as are several downtown parking garages and lots within walking distance of the Pier.

Consider using ride shares or taking public transportation during Pride month. See PSTA schedules and maps. If you decide to drive, plan ahead for parking in St. Pete.
