
If you haven't been to a St Pete Pride Parade, this is your year!
Get ready to paint the town RAINBOW as we light up Bayshore Drive in downtown St. Pete with love, unity and the undeniable energy of Florida’s Largest Pride Parade. The St. Pete Pride Parade, presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, will step off from Albert Whitted Park near Al Lang Stadium on June 28, 2025 at 6 p.m.!
The parade will travel along Bayshore Drive, filled with colorful floats, marching groups, and tons of swag along the route, ending at Vinoy Park. Come cheer on your favorite local community organizations, spread joy, and take part in Florida's Largest LGBTQIA+ celebration. Get your confetti, Pride flags, and dancing shoes ready as over 100 groups march the parade route, coming together for an unforgettable celebration of inclusion, representation, and visibility. Grab your crew and get set to show that world that in Florida, love always wins.
Can I participate in the St Pete Pride Parade?
Registration to participate in the parade closes on May 15th. But until then, you can sign up to participate or be a vendor here.
Is there a cost to go to the St Pete Pride Parade?
The St Pete Pride Parade is a free event and open to the public. But you'll definitely want to buy souvenirs, food and drink, so be sure to have cash or card on hand.
Is the St Pete Pride Parade Pet-Friendly?
Yes, the St Pete Pride Parade is pet-friendly, but keep in mind that it's going to be very warm, noisy and packed with parade-goers. So, unless your dog is extremely tolerant of these conditions, it's probably best to make other arrangements for him. If you do bring your pet, be sure to offer plenty of water, and be prepared to take him away from the action if necessary.
What's happening downtown before the St Pete Pride Parade?
Celebrate at the festival at North and South Straub Parks beginning at 2 p.m., and running until 10 p.m. Expect live music, local entertainers and artists, more than 100 booths and vendors, food and drink for purchase, and more.
Note that the parade begins around 6 p.m.
How can I get to the St Pete Pride Parade?
An important note about getting around during St Pete Pride and other Pride events: June is a busy time of year here in St. Pete-Clearwater! When possible, it's an excellent choice (and a safe one if you plan to have a drink or two) to choose rideshares such as Uber and Lyft, or to ride convenient PSTA public transportation. All PSTA routes will be running their normal schedules: see PSTA schedules and maps.

If you decide to drive, plan ahead for parking in St. Pete. Be aware that local garages will charge higher event pricing.
On the day of the St Pete Pride Parade, June 28, 2025, free parking will be available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at St. Petersburg High School at 2501 5th Ave North (served by PSTA bus route 9 if you decide not to drive to the high school) as well as Tropicana Field lots 6 & 7. Free shuttles will be available from these three locations to take you close to the parade route. No overnight parking will be permitted at the high school or Tropicana lots.
The parking lots at the St. Pete Pier will be closed to vehicular traffic from Saturday afternoon until after the parade is over so be aware that you won't be able to move your car during this time.
