Important note: The St. Pete Beach Boat Parade, originally scheduled for Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, has been canceled. However, the holiday activities and tree lighting ceremony will still take place at Horan Park.

 

Get in the festival holiday spirit as you head to Horan Park in St. Pete Beach for the annual tree lighting ceremony. Be sure to stay after the ceremony as the Intercoastal waterway comes alive with a dazzling procession of festive boats during the annual St. Pete Beach Boat Parade. Kids can take part in holiday-themed activities and give Santa their wish list, while seeing the boats go by.

  • Enjoy free live entertainment and delicious food and beverages from local vendors at the official viewing party at Horan Park from 6-8 PM.
  • Other options for viewing include: Egan Park (9101 Blind Pass Rd, St Pete Beach, FL 33706); and the pedestrian walkway on the Corey Causeway between South Pasadena and St. Pete Beach.

Parking & Transportation

The Suncoast Beach Trolley and SunRunner bus (transportation from St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach) have stops along 75th Avenue and Blind Pass Road — a short distance from the waterfront greenspace.
