Shop Small, Celebrate Big at Shopapalooza!
Shopapalooza is a free annual shopping event that takes place at beautiful Vinoy Park along St. Pete’s stunning bayfront for two festive days. On Nov. 28–29, 2026, more than 350 local makers, artists and small businesses fill the park with handmade gifts, artwork, clothing, home decor and delicious discoveries. Chat with local makers, sample local flavors and enjoy live entertainment throughout the weekend.
This event is free and open to the public.

- Saturday, Nov. 28: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday, Nov. 29: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Festival Highlights
Celebrating 16 years of shopping small, Shopapalooza keeps visitors coming back for fresh finds and festive fun. Here are some of the 2026 highlights:
- Local Finds: Browse more than 350 small businesses for handmade jewelry, original art, skincare, plants, pet goodies and more.
- Food & Drinks: Explore four food zones filled with local eats and sweet treats, then stop by the Beer & Wine Garden near the Main Stage (ages 21 and older).
- Live Entertainment: Catch local bands on the Main Stage and acoustic performances at Dockside Sessions, new for 2026. Check the entertainment schedule to plan around your favorites.
- Art in Action: Watch live painting by Alyssa Marie and Zulu Painter, enjoy aerial silk performances and add your own splash of color to the community mural.
- KiddoPalooza: Head to the park’s southern end for children’s activities, bubbles, music and visits from Santa and the Grinch, plus a Sunday princess meet-and-greet. All Children’s Zone activities are free!
Know Before You Go
Planning ahead can help make your time at Shopapalooza even more fun.
- Admission: Entry is free, with no tickets or advance registration required. Food, drinks and merchandise are available for purchase.
- Pets: Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome.
- What to Bring: Pack sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes and roomy shopping totes.
- Payment: Bring both cards and cash, since some vendors may be cash-only.
- Weather: The outdoor festival takes place rain or shine.
Getting There and Parking
Several downtown garages offer parking for Shopapalooza, or consider public transportation, rideshare or biking to avoid parking traffic. Bayshore Drive directly in front of Vinoy Park will be closed to vehicles during the festival.
- SouthCore Garage & Free Trolley: Park at SouthCore Garage, 101 First Ave. S., then catch the free festival trolley. Service runs 9:30 a.m.–6 p.m. both days, approximately every 15 minutes. Board on Second Street South between Central Avenue and First Avenue South, under the pedestrian bridge. The festival stop is on Seventh Avenue Northeast, just west of Bayshore Drive. Trolleys have a wheelchair lift.
- Other Garages: Sundial Parking Garage, 117 Second St. N., and Plaza Tower Garage on First Street North offer additional paid options.
- Street Parking: Metered and limited free spaces may be available. Check posted restrictions and time limits.
