When the average high temperatures in February come in at a teeth-chattering 33 degrees Fahrenheit back home, the Toronto Blue Jays flock to Dunedin, Florida, to prepare for the upcoming Major League Baseball season. It has been this way since the team's inaugural season in 1977.
Every spring, the Blue Jays play their home Grapefruit League games in this small town just north of Clearwater at TD Ballpark, which was renovated just prior to the 2020 season. Beyond the ballgame, there's a Craft Beer Dugout inside the third-base concourse and a large tent-covered grill behind home plate serving up pulled-pork sandwiches and baked beans.
