Our driver was kind, but 15 min late. Beware. The credit card machine was not working again. (2nd time this has happened) The driver wanted to drive to an ATM. I told him we are already running late, and I didn't bring my debit card. He then produced a paper form to fill out. This is not good. I contacted the office, but the customer service representative was indifferent to this experience and stated they were new machines. Well new since January when we took our last ride? I will be notifying my credit card company. Beware.

On yesterday my daughter and I was taken my granddaughter to school and this cab was covered with bed bugs and it was a lot and it needs to be fixed because people homes can be invaded so get it fix 777 Nasty and dirty cabs that needs to be cleaned daily. BED BUGS and have photo to prove it.

What a scum quality company. I called to complain about driver 314 texting and driving and swerving on US 19 while driving 15 under the speed limit and then was flicking drivers off for honking at him. I called the number so management can address the issue and I got hung up on. It’s just a matter of time I guess

Call to set up a ride for my mother was told that I would receive a call back by 10 1030 called at 10:43 which is still 35 minutes from what I needed her picked up the dude that came in at 10 o’clock was very rude. His demeanor was very mean on the phone. I recorded the phone call and willing to show anyone who wants to see it would recommend this dude to find a new job.

I called for a price from OTOW to the Clearwater, St. Pete (pie) airport. The dispatcher was very rude and told me "it's the same price it was the last time you used us". I was taken back a little because of the rudeness of the dispatcher saying it. And I thought it has been 4 or 5 yeas since I used them. Then he told me it's between 14 to 15 bucks. It did sound pretty cheap, but I thought maybe they had like a cheaper deal for the elderly or maybe trying to compete with Uber or something. I was shocked when I was charged 35 dollars for the short trip. But I know now not to do business with this company again.
