The Wooden Ladle

Appetizer Food overcooked and my pho was missing half the ingredients in it that other vietnamese shops normally throw in the bowl of pho for fifteen dollars. Ingredients like tendonds, jalepenos, sufficient beansprouts and more... Plus they add the pho vegetables for you vs you adding it yourselves so you can't create your own perfect bowl... no lime to squeeze in it... so you don't know what's in there Until you dig in. My bowl was warm... not hot... leaves me thinking was my rare beef even cooked because the water was warm? You have to constantly ask for help for certain things that might be missing on the table or get it yourself... you have to order and pay for the food through the computer kiosk before sitting down or even seeing someone. And the kiosk ask you if you want to leave a ten... 18... twenty percent tip before knowing if food and service is good... there was no real hot oil... my pho had a sweetness to it..weird broth and I was so hungry after eating all my pho because there was so little ingredients in the bowl. I drove 20 minutes here when there was 10/10 pho places closer to my house that I've been too... but I love trying new places... so my B. I'm not angry. Just disappointed. The people were nice when you did call for them. Food came out lightning quick. This is a fast food place that so happens to have tables and chairs. So if you need something quick with a 6/10 flavor and quality profile then come thru. But if you are a vietnamese restaurant virtuoso... then stay away. They are only slightly better than a chinese restaurant.

Really happy. My first time in a noodle place like this stateside. I had a spicy miso ramen and a spicy chicken ramen. Both were really good. The miso came with a sliced fried pork belly that had excellent flavor. The spicy chicken ramen had a good flavor but I felt the chicken could have been cooked with a little more seasoning. Neither were overly hot. I like hot food, and I thought it was a good level. They have real sriracha on the table which is awesome. You order on the screen, and then someone brings your drinks and subsequent food or appetizers out. The stuff comes out really fast. We got spring rolls and egg rolls too. Both were great. The spicy chili sauce for the egg rolls was amazing, and the peanut sauce for the spring rolls was nothing to scoff at either. The to go containers (portions are big IMO) were next to the drink area for self service. They have a rewards program as well. Parking was incredibly plentiful. Would absolutely go back.

I really enjoyed this place. You order from a touchscreen, which is super easy to use. The restaurant has a beautiful Japanese vibe, and everything we tried was delicious. The food was fresh, the drinks were great, and the overall experience was excellent.

Really wanted to like this place but the food was gross. The ramen did not taste fresh at all, menma was soggy, the broth was flavorless and the eggs didn’t taste fresh. The karaage was so burnt I asked them for a new one and the server was very kind. But what they brought out was the same as the first. The chicken had gray parts in the meat and it tasted like the burnt bits at the bottom of an old fryer. Maybe change your oil? I won’t be going back.

Food was amazing! Best ramen I’ve ever had. Best egg rolls I’ve ever had. Good gyoza. Normally I don’t like a lot of egg rolls but these were so good I almost ordered a second order of them. Really good flavor profiles. This place had really good flavor to the noodles and broth. I feel like a lot of places have one flavor that over powers the dish but this was really well done. If you’re looking for good ramen this is the place to go!
