The West Events

I am beyond grateful that we found The West Events for our wedding. Every single detail of our wedding was INCREDIBLE and so thoughtfully executed, from start to finish. Jaimi from I Choose You Events is literally a rock star event planner. The florals were beyond beautiful, the table settings were perfect, the DJ kept the energy going all night — every element exceeded what we even imagined. The flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was seamless, and you could tell so much care went into every transition. And holy cow, the beach ceremony was insanely gorgeous!! The set up was beyond what we even dreamed. The entire venue team was communicative, responsive, and made the whole planning process feel low-stress and fun! On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and the staff made sure we (and our guests!) were taken care of all night. Cannot recommend The West Events enough. 10/10!

We got married on 2.6.26 at The West Events and it was truly the best decision we made. We chose their all inclusive package which included catering, full bar, month of coordination, and our beach ceremony, and it made the entire planning process feel so easy and stress free. Heather with The West Events was amazing from the beginning. She was responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Our beach ceremony was beautiful, cocktail hour flowed perfectly, and the reception space was absolutely stunning. Everything transitioned so smoothly from one part of the day to the next. The layout of the venue makes everything feel connected but still special in its own way. Guests kept telling us how much they loved the space and how seamless the whole evening felt. The food was incredible, the bar service was great, and every detail was handled so professionally. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our wedding day because we knew we were in the best hands. We could not have imagined a better experience and would choose The West again every single time.

We recently had our wedding at The West Events and it was amazing! The West Events was actually the first venue we toured and I knew the second we saw it that it was perfect. The location is amazing. The vintage look and vibe of the interior is so cool and really easy to work any type of color schemes and aside from all that The West Events team was really awesome to work with. Heather was so sweet and accommodating! I felt really taken care of on my wedding day and all the days leading up to it. They also work with TTK if you would like to incorporate a beach ceremony which is what we did. I literally wish I could relive the day again. I highly recommend The West Events!!

The West Events is a beautiful venue with such a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Their team is professional, organized, and wonderful to work with. Communication has been smooth, and they truly care about creating an amazing experience for both vendors and clients. We had our wedding at The West Events October 19th. We couldn’t have had a better experience! They were excellent throughout the entire process leading up to the event as well as on the day of the event. The venue is gorgeous with a super cool modern industrial vibe. The staff is kind and helpful, and it is extremely LGBTQ+ affirming, which was important to us. Heather, our point of contact leading up to the wedding, was always quick to answer any questions we had regardless of what time of day it was, sending photos of the space and simplifying our planning process. Overall, we would highly recommend this venue for any event!
