had been searching everywhere for wakeboard boots for my Flyboard and kept coming up empty—until I found Watersports West. Walking in, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be the exact opposite of the typical surf shop stereotype. Instead of a laid-back, disinterested pot smoking hippie vibe, I found a team of knowledgeable professionals who clearly know their craft. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, and they treated me more like a friend than a customer. Steve, the owner, really stood out. He took a genuine interest in helping me and went well above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he help fit the new boots onto my wakeboard, but he also swapped out some screws and even took the time to grind down a few components to get everything just right. That level of care, skill, and attention to detail is rare. I feel lucky to have found this shop and these people. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Watersports West to anyone looking for quality gear and even better service.

AWESOME shop and a great local family run business. We’ve shopped here for years and it’s always such a pleasant experience. They also have a wide selection of surf boards, paddle boards & skimboards. Steve and the crew are just fantastic and we appreciate the great service and products they’ve provided my family over the years.

I don't think this business can handle any more positive reviews, but honestly - it's the best shop in town if you are looking for a place that will help you fulfill your water passions. They have anything you need at the best prices with an extra ordinary customer service. Most importantly, they stand behind their product. The owner insures himself you are a happy and returning customer. I bought my Live paddle board here & loved my experience. Steve took us on a demo ride with a few of the boards I was considering. He was super knowledgeable and helped making a decision easy. He fitted me for a custom paddle & I am so happy with everything I bought. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks Steve!!
