Top tier poolside yoga experience with Lorelle at the Wyndam Grand Resort! My mom tagged along and it was her first experience. Lorelle embraced everyone pouring confidence in our varying levels of ability. She was polite, knowledgeable and possessed such an uplifting outlook toward the practice. I'll absolutely return in the future.

The very best when it comes to instruction, comfort and cleanliness. I go to the hot power yoga morning classes and always so glad I made the effort....great start to my day!

Nine months ago, I walked into Warrior One as a complete beginner with zero confidence and no idea what to expect. Today, I can honestly say it’s one of the most uplifting and supportive communities I’ve ever been part of. The positive energy in this studio is real—you feel it the moment you step through the door. I am fortunate to have experienced a great deal of fellowship and encouragement from the team there. Teachers like Cameron, Morgan, Amy, Lily, and Jess have each played a role in my growth. They have met me exactly where I am, celebrated any and all progress, and pushed me to discover my capabilities. Warrior One is a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and inspired every single class. I’m incredibly grateful I found it.

I absolutely love this studio and I have been going there for years!!! The staff is amazing, supportive and very positive!!! So many classes are being offered throughout the day from very early to late ALL week long!!! There is literally a class for everyone: yin yoga, hot power, happy hips, slow deep stretch, spin and row… they offer free community classes close to the Nature’s Patch Store and yoga at the community garden!!! My brother, my mom , and my daughter attended some classes and loved it as well!!! Highly highly recommended!!! Go Warrior One!!!🧘‍♀️
