Vinoy Spa

Wonderful experience at the spa! I’ve been in the spa industry for over 25 years and while I am not “picky” I do appreciate an experience that goes beyond basic. Foremost: the staff is amazing, from the spa coordinators, to the service providers and management (Christine who took the time to chat w/me after my treatments). Scheduling was a breeze with Janice, she was very helpful and quickly responded to my inquiry message - I booked a package (massage/facial) and added a couple upgrades. Jackie was my esthetician and she had an amazing touch and made some great recommendations w/o being pushy. The products were lovely (I have sensitive skin so this was especially appreciated) Also had a deep tissue massage with Christine and it was fantastic, I only wish it was longer (next time🤩🙌🏼) she made the most of the 50min by attending to the areas I requested more time on, and it was so appreciated. I will definitely be back and will be bringing friends 😃🥳

My husband spoke with Emma to arrange my treatment. He said she was amazingly helpful! Christine Stafford, the spa manager was just as nice and helpful as she could be! My masseuse, Barabara, did such an an amazing job that I fought not dozing off so I could enjoy it ! A wonderful Mother’s Day with wonderful people! Thank you!!

I must say that the spa here is AMAZING!!!!! I got a facial by their team member Christine, and I have to say it was probably the best facial I've ever had. I was so relaxed after the appointment, and it was done so nicely that I was complemented for days after for my "glowing skin". Even better I have severe allergies, and Christine took the time to make sure that her products didn't have anything that could hurt me in them and even made sure to keep everything clean and neat so there was no cross-contact with potential hazards. It's been rare to see someone (other than myself) take such care and consideration to my allergies. TLDR: if you want the best service done by the best of the best, you need to come here and see anyone on the team, but especially Christine.

The spa at the Vinoy is a true asset to this hotel. The spa manager, Christine and the other staff members are incredibly professional, kind and attuned to guests needs. I had the honey facial and my daughter had a massage and both of our services were top notch. They really know what they are doing and I am impressed with how they are able to maximize their abilities considering the limited amount of space they have. It would be awesome if someday the hotel could broaden their space to expand the spa’s offerings. As of right now you have to go down the hall and around the corner to the health club locker room to change. This spa is so good, they deserve their own changing area with sauna, steam room, cold plunge etc. as the services provided are really on that level. Will definitely be back to visit again.
