Elegant pasta dishes such as the Linguine alla Pescatore or the Rigatoni Arabiata Con Gamberi will delight even the most persnickety gourmet. The same can be said for the Pollo Rollatini alla Marsala (stuffed chicken breast sauteed in Marsala wine and mushrooms), the Veal Sorrentino and Filetto Diane (Filet Mignon sauteed with mushrooms, worcestershire and a light touch of cream). In fact, any of the Italian delights provided by Villa Gallace are worthy of praise.
