The Palms of Treasure Island is made up of 36 luxury units, all with water views of either the Gulf of Mexico or the Intracoastal Waterway. Each unit has a private balcony for enjoying the fresh air and scenic views. There are several floor plans available with 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. All units have 2 full baths and the one bedroom units feature a 'den' with a sleeper sofa, closet and doors for privacy. Units range in size from 950 to 1400 sq ft, each are sure to provide a comfortable place to call home while visiting the suncoast. Each condo unit has a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, granite countertops and all wood cabinetry. Meal preparation is a breeze in these bright, open kitchens. Large bedrooms and high quality bedding assure your comfort when it's time to rest.
