Open just 16 hours a week, this unique local spot takes unique to a whole new level of awesome! The menu changes every week based on what is available and fresh! It's clean, open, friendly, creative, small, fresh and delicious. The locals definitely know about it and were fun to chat with. The couple running it, Jen and Zach, are engaging, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun! Everything is prepared in house with a focus on quality, the quality bread is imported from Miami, the portions are plentiful and the tastes are well balanced and delicious! Please note, seating is quite limited, so we (Peter N and I) made sure we arrived first, before they opened at 11am. I can't say what your odds are of getting a seat but I'd suggest being flexible and enjoy! I won't describe my meal in detail since you won't be able to duplicate it! Remember, the menu changes! It's soup, salads, sandwiches and a variety of apps. Suffice to say... yum! Life is good with a local, unique spot that delivers all the good things!

Amazing sandwiches with the most flavor I’ve ever had. The bread is also amazing! Loved the burger and pastrami sandwiches (pictured). The potato salad was the best I’ve ever had. The previous time I came, I had the Italian and also great! The menu changes weekly but I’m sure everything is great! Update: have been again and again! Best sandos ever. They are just insane amazing! I love all their sides too!

We stopped here before our kayaking trip, and WOW this place completely exceeded expectations! The owners are absolutely amazing. You can instantly feel the energy when you walk in; everyone was having a blast, enjoying their sandwiches, and just hanging out and chatting. It has that rare, genuine “local spot” vibe that you can’t fake. I love that they customize and change the menu every Wednesday too it makes it feel fresh and exciting every time. We ordered the pastrami sandwich, and it was LOADED seriously piled high. It was so filling that half a sandwich was more than enough for each of us! What really stood out, though, was how they went above and beyond. I have an allergy to blue cheese, so I couldn’t order the buffalo chicken sandwich since the sauce was pre-mixed. I casually mentioned how that’s usually my favorite sandwich, and to my surprise, the chef literally made me a fresh piece of chicken and added buffalo sauce separately just so I could still enjoy it. That kind of care and effort is so rare and meant a lot. We ended up taking our sandwiches on our kayaking trip, and they were the perfect beach lunch and made the whole day even better. If I were a local, I would be here all the time. Nothing beats a great mom-and-pop shop like this. Highly recommend!

Uhm this place is 10/10! The gal taking our order and chef - who i must assume is Uncle Funz himself - were SPECTACULAR! Not only did they guide us through the menu but gave us a ton of local places to hit while in town (which we will be doing tonight!). We went with Pastrami Sammy and the Lamb - both were PHENOMENAL and a perfect beach treat. While we waited the owners introduced us to their in house brew - and as a Cicerone beer level fan... WHAT A WINNER! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience ❤️ p.s. didn't get pics of Sammy's because... well, we inhaled them.

Stumbled across this place wanting a sandwich off the beach. It is incredible. I look forward to seeing their rotating menu throughout the week. Their sandwich this week was one of the best I’ve ever had.
