A true gem to have a resort like this in Treasure Island. Everyone we encountered at the resort was so helpful and seemed happy to work there. EJ and Leigh at the front desk remembered our names everytime we passed by, always checked in on us to ensure our stay was going well, we're so resourceful, and always reminded us of the yummy cookies available after 4pm. We always saw John helping out all the guests and his fellow work peers to ensure the resort was running smoothly. Even found our son's batman thermos we left at the restaurant and returned it to us at the pool. The resort floors were impeccably maintained especially being by the beach- no sand or wet areas noted from the pool entering the lobby. The pool bathroom was always restocked, dry and clean; it never felt damp. Pool service is provided after 1130 and the drinks are very well made. So thankful to have a resort like this in Treasure Island beach where I sometimes feel much of the hotels are bit old beach Florida feel. Its hard to find a resort at the beach that has suites period!! Most are condos. Will definitely be back. The nighttime resort lighting is well done. Thank again for everything!!

We loved our stay! We had a standard view room. We didn't have a great view of the gulf, but we chose not to upgrade. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is great and the location to the beach is awesome. The people at the restaurant and check in desk are really nice and helpful. It's also really convenient that you can get food/drinks delivered poolside. The one problem we faced was with the room getting cleaned. We were only there for 4 nights. There were 2 days when our room didn't cleaned. We had to ask for someone to come those evenings to get the trash and dirty towels. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

I wish I could have given 4.5 stars, because the hotel is really lovely, but there were 2 items that kept them from a 5 star rating. The staff is absolutely amazing. I've stayed at some great resorts all over the world, and this staff is the absolute best I've encountered. John the bellman, Michelle in housekeeping, and Mickey who seemed to be everywhere were particular standouts. They are so kind and truly dedicated to the guest experience. The restaurant BRGR, was amazing. We stayed in a 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath suite. The view was great and the room was immaculate. The problem was the living room was so small. We rent these rooms so we can watch a movie or play games in the evening. We were 4 adults (the room is advertised as fitting 6 - no way), the sofa could accommodate 3, but tightly, leaving the 4th to sit on the floor, or sit in a very uncomfortable kitchen chair. The pool deck had plenty of chairs, but the pool is VERY small. The sign says it can fit 20 people, and that would be just to get in to cool off. With as many rooms as there are in the building, the pool is very inadequate. It is quite a walk to the water, so if you've got small children this would be a challenge. All in all, a very nice place, but if fun in the pool, or a living space to hang out with family and friends is important, it might not meet your needs.

Loved it!! My room was cozy w/ an amazing view! Maybe a lil TMI, but the shower was great (big)!!! Loved the separate room from the kitchen. Fresh baked cookies daily in the lobby. The Front Desk was pleasant and the restaurant had delicious food. Drove to Naples, (LaPlaya) and stayed 5 nights. The rooms were MORE expensive w/ NO kitchen space and ONLY give you TWO washcloths at a time!! Thank YOU, Treasure Island for a lovely experience❣️

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms themselves were decent, but the customer service was terrible. The staff treated us like we didn’t matter and were rude throughout our stay. For the amount we paid—around $4,000 for one week—I expected a much higher level of professionalism and respect. The service felt low-class and made the entire experience disappointing. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests.
