This was our 7th time at Caprice and loved it like the other 6. Our room was very nice. The view was awesome. The best part of our experience was Leeann. She was very helpful. She is amazing. I highly recommend Caprice.

My stay with Travel Resort Services INC in Madeira Beach, Florida, specifically at Madeira Norte – Unit 412, was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. From start to finish, this experience exceeded every expectation. First, let me talk about the staff: genuinely friendly, responsive, and beyond accommodating. Every interaction felt personal, professional, and warm. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they offer. Nothing felt transactional; it felt welcoming. Now… Unit 412 😍 This 2-bedroom, beautifully updated corner unit is a DREAM. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with an insane, jaw-dropping oceanfront view that never gets old, sunset, day or night. Being a corner unit made it even better, with extra light and sweeping views of the Gulf that honestly felt unreal. The granite countertops gave the kitchen a polished, upscale feel, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the kind of sleep you only get when the ocean is steps away and the space feels like home. I slept SO well. One of my favorite parts? ✔️ Private beach access: peaceful, uncrowded, and just steps from the unit ✔️ Excellent security : I felt completely safe and relaxed the entire stay ✔️ Quiet, well-maintained property : perfect for rest, reflection, and recharge And let’s talk value, because this is where Travel Resort Services INC truly shines. The stay was shockingly affordable for the quality, location, and experience. My strongest recommendation: BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM. Skip third-party sites. You’ll get better service, better communication, and the best value by going straight through Travel Resort Services INC. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was an experience. Peaceful. Luxurious. Comfortable. Secure. And unforgettable. Overall: We recently rented a unit in Ocean Shores managed by TRS. The unit was beautiful and well maintained. We experienced excellent, friendly service from the TRS staff. After hours check in was a breeze, which when you’re tired and in a new location is always appreciated . Special Effort: One notable above and beyond experience. Our children wanted to have flowers delivered to our unit for our 50th anniversary. Normally the flowers would be delivered to the office and ready to be picked up at check-in . But because of late check-in , Maria and Mia and the office took it upon themselves to deliver the flowers to our unit to surprise us when we got in. It was wonderful and greatly appreciated!

A friend and I stayed at one of TRS resorts properties for a long weekend. We were very pleased with TRS! The person I specifically worked with was Kate. She was super super nice, and extremely helpful. Not only did she call the day of check in to let us know that the room was ready early, but also helped me secure an additional parking spot since my friend and I were coming from opposite places in Florida to meet. Additionally, she followed up the next day with an email to make sure that everything was good. We booked this property through vrbo, and you really never know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised about how great the customer service was! Additionally, the unit looked like the photos and was very comfortable for our short stay. We are already planning our trip back next year!

Leeann Allmond at the Caprice Resort is hands down the best Resort manager we’ve ever dealt with. She’s more than accommodating and just a great person to deal with. She genuinely cares about every one of her guests. I will recommend this TRS resort to everyone know.
