The Tides Market

Loved the Tides! We specially wanted to come for their Happy Hour which is daily from 4-7. They feature discounted drinks and $1 Oysters! So we ended up getting a dozen of the Happy Hour oysters and they were really good!! Service was nice, friendly and upbeat. The food was fantastic and they had a ton of other options for dinner. This place is also a market so you can get some fish, oysters, or other goods to take home! Make sure to get here early or make a reservation!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! This place is hands down my favorite restaurant in all of Pinellas, and I've brought a bunch of people here, every single one of them has fallen in love with it too. The blackened grouper sandwich is truly the best grouper sandwich in Tampa bay. I get it almost every time, if I am not getting the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. And the oysters, I genuinely don't think there's anywhere else in Tampa Bay where you can get $1 cold water oysters that are up to the quality that the Tides offers.. That alone is worth the trip, but it's really the whole experience that keeps me coming back and wanting to bring more friends. And it's not just the restaurant side. Shopping their market is an experience in itself. I've brought home fish, steaks, ground beef, sauces, and so much more, all of it top quality. It's the kind of place where you come in for lunch and leave with dinner for the rest of the week too. Not to mention the recent announcement, hand crafted cocktails! The restaurant was already amazing with their beer and wine offerings, but now adding a full cocktail menu has really made it even better. The owners, Jon and MK, are two of the most amazing people you'll meet. You can feel how much they care about this place, that passion runs through everything. The staff is also incredible, the vibes are always great, and its just so much fun. Honestly, it really doesn't get better than The Tides. If you're in the area and haven't been, it's time to check it out.

We’ve passed Tides a few times and it always looked packed, forcing us to keep going. Today we stopped and they had room for us and I’m glad we did as we got a table immediately. Walking through the restaurant to the patio I was thoroughly impressed. Our server Amy introduced herself and was amazing and personal. We ordered two appetizers which were fresh and delicious as well as using local seafood. My wife got the shrimp poke bowl and I got the grilled shrimp plate with orzo salad, both were amazing. Highly recommend and we will be back for some of the best seafood I’ve had in a long time.

The Tides Market has some deliscous food and fresh seafood! Came in for lunch and enjoyed some oysters, fish trio dip, stone crabs, salmon salad, grouper sandwhich and the trout. Everything was excellent, cooked perfectly with great flavor. Awesome to be able to have some stone crabs while in season! 🦀🦀 Outside patio seating was nice with umbrellas for shade and fans running to keep cool. Jules, our waitress was the best. Inside restaurant also has other foods, fruits, gifts that can be purchased. Great place and we will be back!

WOW! All caps. Food and service was out of this world. We had the happy hour oysters, blackened yellowtail, and the shrimp and crawfish pasta. Flavors were perfectly balanced. Seafood was very fresh. The amazing server Mike brought our two year old an entire coloring book. He was super personable and all around great. This is the kind of restaurant you can’t wait to come back and try everything off the menu.
