The Luce, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

What an incredible experience! We celebrated my sister's birthday with a resort day at the Luce Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The décor, the atmosphere, and even the scent throughout the property create such a luxurious and welcoming experience. The pool was perfect, the beach was gorgeous, and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. A special thank you to Jeremy, one of the owners, for making us feel so welcome, Alonzo for the excellent drinks and outstanding service, and Angela and Chris at Frankie's for the warm hospitality and authentic New York style pizza. As two New York girls, we can honestly say it took us right back home! Thank you all for making my sister's birthday so special. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed at the Luce hotel last week and had an amazing time. Hotel is top notch as well as their staff. But, the topper to my experience was the Sundrop restaurant located in the hotel. Kelly and Lindsay were my bartenders. They were amazing! Made sure my drinks were perfect and suggested a wonderful food option (fried green tomatoes and the yard bird). I will be sure to come back as long as Kelly and Lindsay are there. Loved them!!!

The Luce is a true hidden gem on St. Pete Beach. Unassuming from the outside, but inside it’s immaculate with a modern‑retro boutique vibe and a sophisticated, bougie crowd. Peaceful, elevated, and beautifully designed. The staff is exceptional — the front desk was warm and welcoming, and Steve at the bar was outstanding. The food was genuinely delicious, and the beachfront setting is unbeatable. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member who travels constantly, this place deserves 10 stars, not five. Easily the best boutique hotel on the beach.

The entire hotel has been revamped and it looks spectacular. It was opening weekend and we had low expectations but boy we were pleasantly surprised and absolutely impressed but how amazing all of it was. The decor, the lobby, the grounds and you can’t beat being right at the beach. The Sundrop restaurant was even more impressive with delicious and beautifully prepared and present dishes, fabulous and attentive service, overall a fabulous experience. Can’t wait to return with my out of town guests and local friends.

Beautiful hotel with updated amenities and classic decor. Staff was amazing in all areas. Open spaces were inviting and reminiscent of a true 1950's resort. Pool is big and plenty of chairs. Our stay included beach chairs and cabana-style umbrella on the powdery-white sand beach. Signature toast at sunset was a beautiful touch. The Sundrop bar & restaurant had a great menu and playful drinks. Resort is pet friendly and would be a great place to host a family or friends reunion.
