The Inn On Third

Rooms: comfortable, CLEAN as it could be. although we were in downtown you can’t hear a thing inside the room. Bed: comfy, pillows fluffy, immaculate sheets. I sometimes get allergic reactions to detergent but not here I didn’t. Bathroom: obviously- clean. The bathtub was deep and wide so I took a luxurious bath after falling and busting up my knee. Never ran out of hot water. Hotel: smells like books, which is my favorite smell in the world. Unless you’re in the hallway you can’t hear anyone else. Free continental breakfast and I loved having the hot/cold water to make tea or fill my water bottle anytime. Service: Brian was kind, ran to grab ice when I hurt my knee. He is always there for suggestions and hops onto any maintenance issues. But he’s not overbearing and gives you privacy. Location: No need to drive anywhere (and free parking in a lot next to the building). We went to pride fest, Dalí, nightlife, brunch, everything we could fit into a weekend and it was a mile at most from what we needed. Price: one of the cheapest places to stay and 100% the best value. I don’t usually give 5 stars to hotels, but we really lucked out finding a place like this, and I’m glad we didn’t spend $300 a night on a corporate hotel that makes you pay for parking and all that.

Brian Cox and his staff are amazing and friendly people. The Inn was located near everything! One of the few places to stay that has their own parking lot! After checking in, we didnt have to drive again until we checked out 2 days later. We walked to everything! The inn and room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. The beer/wine social each evening was fun! Relaxing and chatting with Brian and other guest was very enjoyable. We plan on staying there again soon!

I gave all 5’s because yes, it’s an older hotel with the old world charm and I find that appealing. So to me, it’s all 5’s! The owners actually work the desk and are so accommodating. The rooms are clean and have everything we needed. The parking is great in that it’s right next to the 2 story inn so it’s so handy just to walk out and go. The location is fantastic for walking downtown Saint Pete if you’d rather. The price is very reasonable! I will be back!

Inn has that old world charm to it. Met Brian one of the owners upon checking in. He is very knowledgeable of the area and places to see. Continental breakfast was just the right amount of food. Assorted breads, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, hot coffee, o.j.,milk. Inn has happy hour from 5 to 7. One free beer or glass of wine. If you want more, then there is a charge. There is free coffee through out the day/night. Room was comfy. Loved the mattress. No pool. This is a place you come to rest and visit St. Petersburg. Plenty to see and lots of restaurants. Doc Ford's food is excellent. A little bit noisy. Highly recommend Inn at 3rd street.

We were extremely impressed with our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. One of our favorite touches was the social hour from 5:00–7:00 p.m., with wine and beer in the lobby, which created a great opportunity to relax and socialize with other guests. The owners were present and even joined in the conversations, which made the experience feel especially welcoming and personal. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be returning.
