Despite some of the mixed comments you might see, we had a great stay here! Our room was fully renovated, spotlessly clean, and very quiet — we slept perfectly. The free covered parking is a huge plus and super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The location is ideal for exploring Saint Pete on foot, with plenty to discover right around the corner. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout. Highly recommend!
Hotel was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and provided a great experience (especially Kelly) she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! Rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay! The balcony was also super nice for a little breakfast with a view! Location is convenient for walking to shops and restaurants! All around an great place!
Location is great in sense that its downtown St.Pete right next to the luxury pier part and downtown bars/restaurants. A lot of homeless in the park next door. I stayed in the older part of the hotel. The rooms seem like something from 1920. Had a style to it that was not so bad, but its older and things reflect. Window style AC unit that ran entire time and makes decent amount of noise. Bathroom with old style tub that is tight and feels dangerous. Sink with bad water pressure. The hotel lobby plays music through most of the day and they host events/parties. It is fun if you are into these types of things but if you are looking for peace and quiet this lacks that. You do have access to the new roof top area and gym with a nice big window views on the 5th floor.
We had an old room (got what we paid for) so I can’t say the room was the best but all the rest was amazing. The rooftop view is beautiful. All the staff members were super sweet and helpful. Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. I loved the little porch in the front with the rocking chairs. Would come back again for sure !
Location is great, the rooms overall are dirty. There were dead love bugs in our shower / tub after we waited for ‘housekeeping’ to finish cleaning our room so we could check in. They need to invest in re-doing the inn side of the hotel to make the stay more comfortable. Staff wasn’t very friendly/ inviting either. Will not stay or recommend this place in the future.
