The Chart House Hotel Clearwater Beach Marina

We got a Marina view/pool view room, clean spacious room and beautiful view from the balcony. In walking distance to everything in this beachfront. We never had to pull our car out from parking as everything was minutes walk. They have a nice covered parking for $20 a day. We requested an early check in and luckily a room was available so didn’t have to wait. Enjoyed the beach and dolphin watching tours. A best place for a relaxed vacation. Great seafood options available, there’s a restaurant on fist floor with great options. We spent some time honeymoon island beach while we were returning to airport, an absolute best clean turquoise waters and very quiet beach. There are people relaxing but not as crowded as Clearwater beach. It was just 15 minutes drive from the hotel.

Our first time staying at this location and upon arrival I was impressed. We had the room with the bunk beds for our two boys 10 & 14 with two Queen beds. The hotel was clean and lively. We enjoyed watching the World Cup at night on the big screen at the pool. This is in the mix which is a perfect location so please don’t complain about noise have fun and enjoy it.

Definitely will stay here again. The staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their face (not Jimmy's). The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was awesome! We were able to do late check out which was perfect. Highly recommend!

We love coming here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location. Our favorite is Melissa at Jimmys Island Grill. Great bartender, always smiling, friendly, professional personable with the guests. She is fantastic, one of the reasons we keep coming. Prices are good, parking is great! Can't wait to come back and stay and see Melissa again! We love her!

ChartHouse exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic—within walking distance of local bars and restaurants, plus right across the street from the beach. What impressed me most was how clean and fresh everything felt, and the marina views are a real bonus. The property is well-maintained and perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit
