The Breezeway Motel

I'm thankful to have found this gem! I've stayed in #8 & #5 and they both have comfy beds,,clean pool and area, friendly owners, safe and IMMACULATE. In the past I've stayed at resorts that are filthy(even in the elevators) so if your looking for a super clean beach stay with easy access to the beach I highly recommend The Breezeway in Clearwater.

You can't beat this place. Rooms are super clean. Very secure location. The owners are very good and very attentive. Very responsive. Literally like a 3-minute walk to the Gulf or a 3-minute walk to the Clearwater Beach intercoastal. Can't recommend this place enough.

This is our second time staying at the breezeway. We love how attentive and helpful the owners are. The rooms are clean and have everything you would need for a perfect beach vacation. You can’t beat the location here. 3 minute walk to the beach and no more than 10 to the restaurants and bars. I would recommend the breezeway to anyone looking for the perfect Clearwater vacation!

Wonderful stay at The Breazeway. Very nice rooms and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and all the nightlife. Owners were great to work with and went out of their way to make sure our 3 y/o had her own bed to sleep in too. We stayed in unit 5 and it was the perfect size for the three of us and made our spring break very special. My daughter could ride her bike in and around the property no problem and the pool was great too. Already booked for next spring break.

This was my second year staying at the Breezeway! Bibisch is so friendly and accommodating. She made our time the most perfect and smooth vacation possible. The Breezeway is at an ideal location and I did not have to drive anywhere. The room was cozy and just perfect for what I needed. The pool was heated and amazing for a time of relaxation after a day at the beach. I see the Breezeway as my yearly vacation spot! I could not recommend the Breezeway enough to everyone!
