We are frequent visitors of the beautiful Belleview Inn, and this week closes out our fourth 1-week trip over the past few years. I could rave about this place forever, it’s the perfect hideaway and best kept secret near Clearwater FL. We’ve visited in both the winter and peak summer and somehow it’s always quiet, restful, and it always feels like we have the place to ourselves. We recommend getting the Junior King Suite for couples. It’s more than enough room, though there’s larger rooms available. Things we love about the Belleview: 1) it’s so close to the beach, with easy access to the sister Opal property Sandpearl (free valet for Belleview guests!), but away from the chaos of the main Clearwater strip. The pool onsite the Belleview is always quiet and empty and is the perfect place to rest. 2) the huge back porch! Could relax here for hours with a coffee from the onsite coffee shop. 3) the morning croissants brought right to your door every morning, bike rentals, the quiet neighborhood/gated country club the property sits on. 4) wonderful service and support from the front desk! Special shout out to Mario who really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and accommodate a late check out on a holiday weekend. 5) the place is always so clean. The house staff were so kind, inviting and accommodating. We have never eaten at the country club across the street, but highly recommend Fresca Vida down the road for breakfast. This place is the perfect place for people who don’t need the high energy resorts right on the beach, and love the quiet bed-and-breakfast feeling.

What a great stay. Even locals have not really heard much about The Belleview, and that is part of the charm. From the moment you walk thru the doors, it's as if you stepped back in time. The hotel only has about 35 rooms, and never felt busy, even though it was sold out. Room was spacious, clean, and cool. The porch outback was wonderful. Lovely evening sitting out listening to the rain. Pool was awesome as well. Parking is included on the resort fee, and you literally park a few feet from the side door. 10/10, would recommend.

Gorgeous old building, though surrounded by condos so no views. Still extremely charming, hardwood floors in nice rooms with good beds. Great pool and hot tub. Croissants at your door in the morning are surprisingly good. Very friendly staff. You get access to the Sand Pearl resort on the beach, with free valet parking, bottles water, and beach towels. The Sand Pearl is quite nice, but staying at the Belleview is more quiet and charming. We'd do it this way again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Every single moment was magical! The facilities are beautiful! Such a relaxing and wonderful time. The icing on the cake is the ability to use the Sand Pearl (sister property) for the beach. OUTSTANDING! We absolutely LOVED our breakfast basket each morning! It was perfect just as everyone and everything is at the Belleview Inn! We highly recommend it! We will return.

I lived here for a good while in the 80’s, back when this was a compound with many gorgeous buildings. I remember a Sunday drive through Belleair, top down in a classic Cadillac El Dorado, while a biplane did acrobatics overhead and a giant Flounder I caught just behind the Hotel when it was called The Belleview Biltmore Resort and Spa. I was never the same after having the Prime Rib here. Thanks to everyone who made my life so grand
