The Bamboo Beach Bar and Grill

A+ Great atmosphere, we were seated as soon as we walked in. Food was awesome and fast. There was a gentleman there playing music. Simple, laid back local vibe! We definitely recommend.

Good drinks with good beach vibe atmosphere. It was busy this night with great music. I was a little disappointed in my meal. While it was flavorful it definitely left a little to be desired in its presentation. I had the grilled shrimp tacos which consisted of a shrimp with minimal shredded cabbage. Others in our group ordered the same and they were similar.

Nice shady area to listen to live music and enjoy the weather and have some fun drinks and decent food too! Family and pet friendly. Will definitely go back again!

Such a great spot at John's Pass. We were fortunate to see ZAZZ play live. Beautiful couple that makes music together. Bamboo has inside and outside areas so weather you want to in sun or shade many options.

On a Thursday night the wait elsewhere for a table of 7 was too long so we walked down the road to BBB and sat right down. The singer was preparing to go on stage but spent some time talking to us and playing with our grandkids, neither of which they had to do. It was very welcoming. Sarah waited on us and was the right kid of there and not-in-the-way. A bucket of beers supposedly got us 5 for 4, but best of all came with lots of ice! I liked the fish dip and my wife's burger was fantastic. The kid's fish was delicious and way too big. Two of them ate it with some help from dad. Hard to believe they are cooking it all in essentially a small food truck! I was concerned that there wouldn't be a breeze as it was really hot outside but they thankfully had a couple large fans that did a great job. I can't wait for our house to finish building so we can visit more often.
