Tampa Bay Grand Prix
Tampa Bay Grand Prix is an indoor go karting facility with two locations in the Tampa Bay Florida area. Come and race with our electric Italian prokarts that reach speeds of up to 50 mph. We have the fastest karts around! Our Clearwater / St. Pete location has a single track, and out Tampa location has two different tracks.
Our tracks are designed for speed and challenge. Compete against friends, family, and other go cart racing enthusiasts. This unique concept is not an amusement ride, it is a real racing experience for adults, and even for children. Speed, competition, and thrills are our specialties! Our facility uses the latest and safest equipment and technology.
Improve your lap times with practice, and even keep track with your own personal score sheet printouts! As every race ends, you will receive your personal race results. Even as you are racing, you will be able to view your lap times from a projector screen located right on the track.
Tampa Bay Grand Prix is open 7 days a week for the general public. No reservation needed, and walk-in racers are always welcome. Our stop and race prices include different specials every day of the week. For our customer's convenience, we are open late during the week, and even later on the weekends! Completely indoors, so weather is never a factor!

Came with a group of 3 including a 10yo. Very friendly staff and was able to take advantage of buy 2 get 1 race free. Had our own separate race 2 adult karts and 1 junior. Fast and challenging to try and beat the record time!
Very Nice place. Took my daughter for her birthday (not a party). Her and my husband had a great time. Great Go Karts. Each race is 16 laps. Staff is very nice and the place is clean. They do offer snacks and birthday parties. They look forward to returning for more fun.
Walk in with my son for a quick race. Was even more excited due to nobody there. All the employees were lounging around on the couch. Approach the counter and immediately told we can’t get one single race due to A track rental. The party for the track rental were not there. I feel we could have been accommodated for one race while they waited for the track rental party to show up. Also, more sincere about it due to Traveling out of our way 40 mins. I will not go back nor recommend based on my experience.
Great experience! We witnessed someone have a medical emergency and the staff handled it great. Calling 911 and grabbing supplies as needed. I got too hot on my 1st ride, they checked on me, offered a refund on the rides I didn't get to take, and grabbed me a powerade. Top notch staff and place. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
Fun, clean, proffesaional and affordable. Karts are in good shape and fast. Young people working there are effective and helpful. You guys need to get chalk for the pool table though!
