Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites

This informal hotel is a gem. When we saw the lobby, we were scared and dissapointed because it looked old and very small, not a luxurious lobby like other hotels, but we were greeted by an excellent front desk employee that made us feel good. Our surprise was when we got to our room, a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. The beds, the decor, the bathrooms, and view was just what you would expect of a top beach resort. I had a private room with batroom, and my daughter, her husband and the baby had a beautiful king size bed with a view, also with a private room. The living room has a queen sofa bed, TV's in every room, granite countertops, complete kitchen, microwave, 2 dishwasher soaps, new Washer and dryer (better than the ones I have at home), and a big dinning room table for 6. They also supplied the beach towels. The hotel is right on the beach, were you can rent the chairs for $10 and the umbrella for $20. There's a little caffe on the premises, a big swimming pool, jacuzzi, and on the other side, a small kiddy pool. They also a a very small bar between the 2 pools with amazing drinks. Around the hotel there are a few restaurants, Walgreens and a Publix supermarket about 4 minutes away by car. We had a wonderful time and we are sure we will come back soon. I loved it!

Room needs a good renovation. Carpet and furniture were grimy. Kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking supplies. Ice maker did not work well. Some staff were friendly but others were not. And I witnessed staff being rude to each other several times. Pool area is great. Bach access is great. Prices at cafe and tiki bar are a little high. We stayed here 3 years ago and had a much better experience.

This was our first family vacation with our toddler and this place was beautiful! Such a great location close to a lot and loved that it is right on the beach but also has the option of an onsite pool! The condo was just as described and was perfect for us. It is a very family friendly location and not too crowded. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great experience!

We absolutely love Sunset Vistas! The location is great and the amenities are fabulous. It is perfect for our small family but we're already planning a return visit with a larger group because we could come here and not need to leave the property for a thing but the convenience of shops, restaurants and fun things to do gives us the perfect reason to get more friends and family along next time.

Properly should not charge a cleaning fee when they apparently aren't capable of having the unit cleaned. Only encountered 2 friendly staff members. A dirty room that we had to purchase cleaning supplies (vacuum also) for and to clean before being able to use it. Dirty dishes put in cabinet & disgusting coffee pot. One side balcony door did not lock & broken sharp tiles throught out dining/living room...a safey hazard. Very clear that friendliness & cleanliness is not their specialty!
