SunHost Resorts has been a family-run business since 1982, originally known as Tolliver’s Beach Condos. Over the years, we've grown into a trusted name in vacation rentals, now managing over 140 individually owned condos along the beautiful Gulf Beaches of Tampa Bay. We’re also proud to serve as the property manager for Beach Place Condominiums.
Day-to-day operations are still led by Tim & Tracy Tolliver, along with a dedicated team—many of whom have been with us for over a decade. Our hands-on approach and commitment to excellent service ensure that both our guests and property owners feel right at home.
