Our New Go-To Lunch Spot in St. Pete If you’re anywhere near St. Pete and craving a next-level lunch, drop what you're doing and head straight to Stone Soup! My husband and I actually ended up here on a recommendation from the owner, Victor, who I met through Facebook Marketplace right after we moved to the area. He told me we had to check his restaurant out, and let me tell you—we just found our new absolute go-to spot! The Food: We both agreed that these were easily some of the BEST sandwiches we’ve had in a very long time. Phenomenal doesn't even begin to cover it! • My Order: The Turkey Sandwich with a side of Potato Salad. It was fresh, incredibly satisfying, and totally hit the spot. I asked for the mayo and avocado spread on the side, and our server brought them out in cute little to-go cups. This was perfect because the portions here are HUGE! Both my husband and I had to take home half of our sandwiches, and looking around the cafe, it seemed the majority of others were doing the same. Also, that potato salad? Absolute perfection. I loved how it came presented in the form of a perfect “ice cream scoop”—check out my photo, it’s adorable! • His Order: The Cuban Sandwich with a bowl of their "Gumbo-laya" soup. The Cuban was perfectly made, and the Gumbo-laya was an absolute flavor bomb. You have to try it! We also heard the Cactus Chili soup is to die for, so we can’t wait to come back and try that next. The Service: Our server, Savanah, was the absolute sweetest! She was super attentive, gave us stellar recommendations, and really made the whole experience shine. You know a restaurant is truly top-tier when the staff comes in to eat on their days off—Savanah told us she does exactly that, and now we completely understand why! If you haven't been to Stone Soup yet, you are missing out. Amazing flavors, cozy vibes, and incredible service from Savanah. They just gained two new regulars! 10/10 recommend!

We had the best sandwiches and desserts at Stone Soup Kitchen. The food was excellent, service was great! The owners came over and spoke to us about gluten free options and we were so appreciative! We will be back!!!

Awesome experience here. Vic was incredibly welcoming and took great care of us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the restaurant and the people coming in. The food was amazing across the board — we tried the Smoked Mahi Fish Spread, Vegetable Soup, and the Spicy Basil Chicken Panini, and all of it was excellent. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Great atmosphere, great owner, and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Lily took great care of us! The food was so delicious! Very simple but done very well. The bar side has a tavern ambiance that’s charming. I got the tuna melt and clam chowder as my meal, and started with the smoke mahi fish spread. If you like tuna I highly recommend the tuna melt!!! 😌

Amazing place. Dog friendly. Go see "The queen of popcorn", Chelsea, she'll hook you up. Some of the best service in St.Pete
