I have been going to your store since you were next to Publix on Madeira Beach. I have since moved to Orlando and always make it a point to stop in when I visit my mom. So today we missed it 3 times due to the Aldi’s construction but I did not give up and finally located it. When we entered the store I asked Paula if the construction was hurting the business? She snapped back with the remark No! we have regulars. I replied ok but I missed it 3 times. I commented to my mother that she wasn’t very nice. She continued to talk to Jim about us which I ignored. This woman needs to treat all customers with respect. Moving forward I would love to rave about Jim. We found a mirror we were interested in and he took it down and let us look at it. We left without it but sat in the car and decided we wanted it. When we returned he had just put it back up but eagerly got it back down offered to bubble wrap it. He also carried it to the car for us. Wonderful gentleman!!!! As for Paula she needs a lesson in customer service. I understand you can’t fix what you are unaware of so I hope this helps.

I just went Easter weekend at Brunch at Clear Sky on Park (yummy) and now one of my favorite stores! It’s the perfect balance across so many categories. It had so many cool, beautiful, useful items from clothing to a beautiful perfumed lotion and perfume from Europe. It’s like a local “ Home Goods” store with that extra personal touch. The shopping experience was truly enjoyable. Greeted with genuine warmth, given privacy to enjoy yourself but offer’s their help just at the right time. Love the store and will go back for gifts and for me! You will not be disappointed.
