We have stayed here previously when they had a fire and there was no restaurant. When we booked in the man was friendly but didn’t explain anything about the wifi, the complimentary towels for the spa or the gates. The thermal pools are absolutely amazing. A great addition to this accommodation. The rooms are small and need some repairs but are clean and had everything we needed. Just don’t open the bathroom door while your partner is trying to watch something important on the television 🤣. We stayed there for dinner and this was the absolute highlight. The meal was amazing. Congratulations to the chef. I would definitely stay here again as I see workman renovating so I think the future rooms will be amazing.

Perfect location and near so many restaurants and bars. The room was nice, clean and bug free. The only small issues that I saw that could use improvement is there was no toilet paper holder and the one outlet didn’t hold my phone charger but other than that it was a good stay for my trip.

Little out dated but definitely clean, made me feel if I was in Florida during the 1950s. Definitely love the vide of the motel and the location is amazing for the price I payed. Only few blocks to main downtown, 5 minute walk at most. Only complaint was the toilet was tiny but still usable.

We only book Airbnb's if there’s a TV in the bedroom (how we fall asleep) & it was NCAA Basketball March Madness so we really wanted to catch up after traveling and unwind. After traveling delays & 12 hours later @ 1:30am we arrived to find the TV did not work & messaged host at 1:37am. After 9:30am the next day, they brought batteries for remote & that is when we discovered that the volume buttons were missing (see photo). Later, when we were gone, the host dropped off a new remote, but left it for us to program with the instruction booklet. We aren't TV techy, so we never touched it. The 1st morning, I woke up with a cluster of little itchy insect bites on my torso. I wasn’t sure of the source and had not been outside. The 2nd morning, I woke up w/ a couple more tiny itchy bites on my body. Again, unaware of the source. By the 3rd evening & a late night returning to the room after family meetings regarding our 85 year old mother, I took a shower & shaved my legs, (no bites were on my legs in the shower). I wasn’t in bed 5 minutes & got bit 5-6x all over my legs. It was after midnight, my husband was asleep. We had a "family matter" trip to FL (not a vacation), so the last thing I wanted to do was tear the place apart after 12am. I barely slept 3 hours, itching all night, & around 5:30am I went in the bathroom & closed the door & started to contact AIRBNB direct. I have an allergic reaction to most bites and carry an epi pen. When we pulled the blankets back & saw tiny black specks on the sheets, I still didn't know that was indicative of bed bugs. One looked like a very tiny dead flea flattened w/ a head and legs. Also, there was hair on the sheets that didn’t belong to either of us. Could be mites, scabies - whatever it is, I got bit all over. The place was poorly maintained. The host was originally apologetic but then became rude after I realized she was only refunding our last night that hadn't occured yet. I was shocked & was like no, I need a refund for the whole stay & she said take it up with Airbnb and hung up on me. I had already asked for an adjustment to our bill for the first night w/out a working TV that was ignored. Here is a list of poor maintenance: (See photos) *Black electrical tape holding up the towel bar *Broken toilet that took a bit to flush *Huge crack on toilet seat *Cracks on the toilet tank *Rust all over the frig & freezer racks *Ants coming/going out of a small hole in the bathroom *Shower curtain was covered in black scuffs *Shower Rod rusty *Tub drain didn't stay in place, gaping hole exposed *Dirt/dust collected on the 6 panel door in bathroom. *Vanity has coating tearing away from base. *AC sounds like garbage truck is crushing garbage every 5 minutes. I actually asked my husband why the trucks were out so late directly behind the house. *If you are short, don't plan on looking at yourself in the tiny vanity mirror hung too high. If this was a vacation, I would have moved out day one, but were were there for a family matter and a short trip at that. I reached out to the owners again, to eliminate all of the paperwork and phone calls and endless messaging back and forth with Airbnb. But they said they will no longer reply to my thread. I just wanted them to do the right thing. I have bites all over my body. They turned into welts because of my sensitivity. Now they are all itchy, bleeding scabs. I checked Airbnb reviews - but totally forgot to check Google.

The Seaside Artisan Motel is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are trendy and full of great appliances. The communication from the host is fabulous. Everything I needed was directly in our room. I will definitely be staying again!
