Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Treasure Island

Marilee was so helpful at the bar and with our TV in our room. She made great conversation with us, as well. Complimentary breakfast was great, they had a lot of different options for everyone. The room was nice, just enough room for my husband and me. Lots of lovely amenities and super close to the beach; we'll definitely be back!

There are truly no words to express how grateful we are to the entire staff at this hotel. We came here during a very difficult time for our family, and every single staff member showed us genuine kindness, compassion, and care. Their warmth made an incredibly hard experience a little easier, and we will never forget it. I highly recommend this hotel. The service is exceptional, and it has everything you need, including convenient laundry facilities. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so cared for when we needed it most. ❤️

Wow! We stayed a week here and I want to say the professionalism and service that Marilee provided was exceptional!! She actually took time to find us the perfect room and was incredibly efficient and proactive to make our stay wonderful. I’ve been a loyal Marriott customer for over 2 decades and she stands out as one of the best. Also a big shout out to the manager Tate who was quick to adjust our stay with a quick question. What a great team they have here. 5 stars!!

So happy we found this hotel. Everything was perfect and then some. The balcony view, the cleanliness, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. We had a wonderful time, made great memories. Most of all, the staff and crew here. From the 2 ladies at the front desk late at night that literally saved our entire vacation from being ruined, we originally rented a place down the road, just to get there and figure out it was a dump, we didn't feel safe at that place so luckily we found Residence Inn and the two ladies got us in a room last minute without any issues, they went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was beautiful. Then we met a guy that worked there, I believe he was maintenance. He had a shark tooth necklace on, his kind words, and smile really made a great impression. I will come back to this place for so many reasons. Thank you so much for making our vacation so special

I stayed there and I left an expensive dolce gabbana pant and I called the hotel and the house keeper manager told me he was calling me back to see if they find it. He never called back and when I called back he was very rude and said he forgot. I have been to so many Marriott properties and I am a titanium member and the experience with Jesus will not make me go back to that hotel and he was very rude and at least he could say I am sorry and he rushed me off the phone and did not care. Horrible experience. The front desk ladies who checked me in were superb but that house keeper manager JESUS has no customer service.
