We had an amazing time with Queen Fleet Fishing in Clearwater! We caught a ton of fish and had an absolute blast from start to finish. The boat was incredibly nice, and the ride was so smooth that you barely even felt like you were on a boat. The customer service was outstanding, and the captain and mates were awesome—friendly, helpful, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience and caught fish. They made the trip fun and enjoyable for everyone on board. I highly recommend Queen Fleet Fishing to anyone looking for a great day on the water. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I've gotten on quite a few boats and this was buy far one of the better experiences I've had. From the accommodations (free coffee, and for purchase - breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, and hamburgers) to the hospitality from both the captain and the ship mates. I'd definitely return if I was in the area looking to go deep sea fishing. Me & some family and friends went on for a half day.
I had a great experience fishing with Queen Fleet! I’d highly recommend them to anyone who’s been thinking about going but is still on the fence. The crew is incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to help, and they make sure everyone has a great time. I went for my birthday, and honestly, I wish I would’ve booked the full-day trip! Definitely book with them. Thanks again, Dustin and Kelley!
We did the 1/2 day in the morning. Can't beat the cost! They will provide bait and license. Also rod and reel if you need one. Great crew! We caught about 30 fish. Nothing huge but good eating. They clean them for $20. Cost depends on number of fish. It was a fun morning and I would do it again.
Overall it was a fun experience. I love to fish but the instructions on getting there and how to pay for your parking, even getting your tickets to the boat (we prepaid online) is not listed on the website ANYWHERE. When you get to the dock, the kiosk is hidden beside another boating kiosk, so when you ask that first kiosk employees how to get to queens fleet they will blankly stare at you in silence so you just have to figure it out yourself. A kind stranger going on a different tour, pointed to the boat we needed to head to, at which point the boat crew had informed us we needed to turn around and go back to the kiosk where we originally had asked for help. Once we got to the queen kiosk, the glass window is really tinted so it’s hard to even tell someone’s in there, let alone open. To put it plainly, because this was very confusingly explained, you have to get a code from the kiosk guy to put in a 5 hour parking pass with your license plate (without it the machine will automatically make you select a maximum of 2 hours) that kiosk guy gives you a blue ticket to access the boat. Your prepaid online tickets ARE NOT enough. We ended up with 2 parking tickets, first was $20 & second was $25, from the city of Clearwater and have no way to dispute it in time as their office is closed until July 1st. How fortunate for them. The experience on the boat was good, the crew were extra helpful. But would definitely recommend calling at least a day before your plans for this excursion and get ALL THE FACTS and HOW TO’S so the system doesn’t keep working the tourists for their pay check.
