As locals, my husband Adam and I are honored to provide this amazing community with the organic, quality and handmade wood fired cooking it deserves. Our restaurant is part of an intricate roots system, firmly planted in our favorite city among our families and friends. Everything At Pizza Box from the ground up, we have built ourselves -- from the décor to the actual wood fire oven! We use the old world culinary style of cooking with fire to bring you the best pizza possible. Our crust is made from a 100-year old sour dough starter that has been used for generations. And we use only the freshest ingredients from local farms and distributors.In addition to great food, art and music have played an important role in our lives and we are planning a wide range of events, including weekly vinyl nights to pay tribute to the artists we love. We loved everything about this place. The pizza is amazing, but don't sleep on the breadsticks and sauce. My wife looked at me while we were eating it and said, "I could eat this, and only this for the rest of my life." This is a great little spot on central if you're in St. Pete and looking for great, wood-fired pizza, definitely check them out!
They have wood fired pizza The pepperoni has a great Smokey flavor. The crust is light and slightly chewy. The meatball was really good a well They have a good beer selection The service was very good The atmosphere is dark but comfortable
The owners are amazing. They make you feel like family and regulars from your first visit. Great home town feel. The pizza is by far the best in St. Petersburg. The crust is crunchy and the toppings are amazing. The Honey Boo Boo is a must try! I also found it so neat that their wine selection is unique. I have never had sourdough pizza until stopping here but am now addicted to it. Great job Pizza Box for taking Pizza to a whole new level!!
