Peltz Shoes

What a great experience I had at this store. Nick, the store manager was one of the most helpful hands-on sales people in this large shoe store. He was like my personal shopper. He ran around, trying to find shoes for my anniversary trip that would be comfortable and stylish. Thank you, Nick! They are lucky to have you! I found a couple pairs. They have great support, but they don’t look like big Sneakers. Soul Naturalizer and Clark’s cloud steppers. I will be back!

Unfortunately, I had a very experience at the local Peltz Shoe store on 22nd Ave in St Pete. The manager of the store coerced, and talked me into purchasing a shoe cleaning product that did not work at all, The product was for soft sole shoe cleaning. You can purchase it at the counter. It is absolutely worthless!!! I used it with a scrub brush to try to clean my shoe soles, and it did not work at all. The worst part of this is that when I tried to return the defective product, the manager that sold it to me would not consider taking it back, This is a horrific sales policy. I will never shop at this store again, and I recommendt that no one else shop here. The customer service is non-existant. Customer - Sal

The staff was absolutely outstanding. The selections to choose from were vast. No less than three associates helped me find the perfect pair of shoes that had style, comfort, and fit better better than Dorthys ruby red slippers! Thanks Peltz! I will be back

What a great experience I had at Peltz on 22nd Ave. I should have gotten the gentleman's name there but I think he was the manager. He was so helpful and so polite and so knowledgeable. He made some recommendations went and got the shoe for me to try on. In this day and age it's really impossible to find somebody in sales for shoes that takes the time and is knowledgeable. He made for a great experience.
