Crabby's Beachside Pavilion

The ambiance is nice, and we were lucky to get awesome live music on the patio. The bartenders taking care of us were wonderful. The cold peel & eat shrimp were not that great. The oysters were also just okay. We both got the fresh catch which was red grouper. The French fries are super good here, and they’re not coated in wheat flour for those gluten free. The coleslaw wasn’t great, so I recommend ordering a different side. Overall, the food was just okay… I wouldn’t go back.

Great food and service! We went for both lunch and dinner during our trip and enjoyed both meals. The fish tacos were just okay but everything else was great! Best pina colada I’ve had in a while (and wayyyy better than Frenchys). The peel and eat shrimp, trigger fish nuggets, coconut fried shrimp, and fried hog fish were 10/10! Just as good if not better than Frenchys and never the long wait for a table!

TQ our server was the best!!!! If you’re coming down here ask for him, so attentive and he put a bib on me! 😂😂 Food was fantastic!!! The Bairdi Crab is hands down my favorite. So sweet and succulent it melts in your mouth!!! Hubby had the scallops and said they were out of this world. Sassy Jacci doesn’t cook like she used to on Ohio. 🤪🤪🤪

Enjoyed a delicious lobster roll with slaw, a pineapple cheesecake dessert and a mango cocktail. We had dinner outside at sunset and it was absolutely beautiful. Our service was excellent. Wonderful experience!

⸻ What a huge improvement from when this was the Palm Pavilion. A new company has taken over, and it shows immediately. The place is bright, clean, and very welcoming — even the bathrooms were spotless. Service was excellent. We started with drinks (delicious specialty cocktails) and ordered several appetizers to try things out — calamari, wings, and nachos. Everything was great, and the nachos were my favorite. For dinner, the filet mignon was outstanding, street corn was delicious, ribs were fantastic, and the coconut shrimp was very fresh — you could tell it was breaded in-house. Fresh fish was excellent too. Prices were very fair, music was great, and the sunset was perfect. We’ll definitely be back.
