Purchased a new Specialized turbo Como a few months ago had the first mechanical/electrical issue with the bicycle. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the issues with the bicycle and helping to resolve the issue with the electrical system. The store utilized Specialized’s warranty policy for the original owner, no cost for repairs and no cost for parts. I’m very pleased to have purchased a Specialized electric bicycle then a cheaper brand, all I had to do was bring the bike back for warranty repairs and the staff took care of everything. Back to riding the electric bike in great weather, very happy to have it.

Stopped in today and had such a great experience. The team was incredibly friendly, got me in right away, and had my bike repaired and ready to go the same day. I only ride about once a year, so things like the tires tend to need attention, and they took care of everything without any hassle. They even gave me a free bell, which was such a nice surprise. Really appreciated how easy and efficient they made the whole process. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Rode a few Roll bikes to make sure I got the right fit. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. A real team effort provided by the whole team. Explained the differences in the bikes I wanted and the sizing. My bike was still in the box so they built it for me and I picked it up the next day. Got some accessories too. My boyfriend unexpectedly wanted to play bikes too, so he started asking questions and took a couple for a test ride. The color he wanted was at their Tampa store, so they brought it over for him and picked it up next day with mine.

I love doing business with Outspoken in Clearwater! Always friendly from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. I had my bike in for servicing and communication was top-notch. Chris worked on my bike, sent me regular status updates via text, completed the work quickly and with quality results. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer:)
