It sucks that Google only lets me give 5 stars because OLIVIA is more than a 5-star experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew we were set up for success. We had an idea of what we wanted to try from previous reviews and our due diligence in studying this menu, but we still found our server, Bryce, to be extremely helpful and warm. Every item we ordered exceeded expectations. Probably the best garlic bread I’ve ever had? The meatballs were flavorful. The red sauce? I could’ve done with a pint of it to dip the garlic bread in. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite between the agnolotti and lasagna. The agnolotti was so rich and decadent. The short rib would just melt in your mouth, and the breadcrumbs on top made for the perfect bite. The lasagna was inviting despite how intimidating it might look. Those pasta sheets are hiding the warmest bolognese, bechamel, and ricotta. Might have been my favorite all-around bite of the night. There was so much more on the menu that we wanted to try, and we’ll definitely make an effort to come back. Oh, drinks! Il Pepe is excellent if you like something strong and spicy. Wifey had the white wine sangria, which was perfect if you like drinks on the sweeter side.

My wife and I had an amazing experience celebrating our anniversary here. I feel 5 stars is not enough. Once they found out we were celebrating they seemed to go out of there way to make sure we had an amazing time. The manager brought over free glasses of prosecco to celebrate. We were lucky enough to try the off menu and very popular lasagna that is made with limited quantity each day. We also had perfectly crafted cocktails with house made limoncello. From the burrata, and agnolotti to the tiramisu it was all amazing. It was truly a memorable experience with the best server we have ever had anywhere Jahaizza. We will be visiting again.

Great restaurant with amazingly yummy food! You will be happy with any dish you pick because that’s what happened to us. We had a family farewell dinner and everyone was super happy with the drink, appetizers, entrees and desserts! The waiter and waitress were all very pleasant. Will definitely go back.

Had an absolutely wonderful birthday dinner experience at Olivia tonight. Every dish that came to the table was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. From the rich meatballs and fresh pasta dishes to the perfectly seared scallops, crispy Brussels sprouts, and refreshing sorbet dessert, everything was top tier. The atmosphere was warm, intimate, and perfect for celebrating with family. A special shoutout to our server Jesse, who was truly on point the entire evening. Attentive, professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Service like that really elevates the whole experience. My daughter treated us to dinner for my wife’s birthday, which made the night even more meaningful. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve already decided we’ll be coming back in June for our anniversary. Highly recommended. Give thx. 🙏🏾✨

Walking into Olivia, you're immediately welcomed by the valet, followed by warm smiles from the hostess and staff. The hospitality stands out from the moment you arrive. It genuinely feels like everyone enjoys working there and takes pride in creating a memorable dining experience. We didn't have reservations, so we arrived promptly at 5:00 p.m. and were lucky enough to grab two seats at the bar, which is first come, first served. As the restaurant gradually filled, it was impressive to watch the staff work together so seamlessly. Maeva and Christina never seemed to stop moving; giving recommendations, crafting cocktails, checking on guests, and somehow keeping everyone's glasses full while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. The food is absolutely something to rave about. I honestly wanted to order one of everything on the menu. The garlic bread may sound like a simple starter, but it's anything but ordinary. The salmoriglio, roasted garlic, fresh parmesan, and crisp texture come together to create something that's incredibly satisfying. I only planned to have a couple bites before my meal, but I ended up eating a couple pieces. Also, the meatballs are worth trying as well. They had moisture, flavor and the tomato sauce sealed the deal. To drink, I started with a classic Negroni and later enjoyed a Last Word with my entrée. Both cocktails were exceptionally well balanced and paired beautifully with the food. For my main course, I ordered the scallops. They were cooked perfectly and served over a creamy herbed risotto with romanesco and piquillo peppers. The crispy slice of prosciutto added the finishing touch, bringing just the right amount of texture and saltiness to the dish. Everything fit together beautifully and tasted every bit as good as it looked. I cleaned the plate as best as I could. To finish the evening, I enjoyed a shot of espresso and a scoop of gelato—a fitting way to end an Italian meal. It's easy to see why Olivia stays consistently busy. Between the exceptional service, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and outstanding food, they've built something special. I'd love to visit their Tampa location to compare the two, but I'll gladly return to this location again and again. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine with an energetic atmosphere, attentive service, and food that's worth talking about long after dinner, Olivia deserves a spot at the top of your list.
