ZAT provided attentive personal service in this delightful downtown St Pete Mediterrean eatery. We loved a great hummus that has to be housemade served with fresh pita and a few veggies. Great red lentil soup with just the right amount of spice which means subtle and flavorful. I chose a falafel salad with romaine tomatoes 🍅 and onions hiding very good falafels. As a falafel connoisseur, I really like the taste texture and flavor of these. I chose a rich vinegrette dressing The menus are laminated with small dark letters on white background and they note that items are prepared in Friars that also prepare items with gluten and that are not vegan The entry isn’t accessible, push door, indoor tables or standard tables and fairly easy to negotiate. There are also two outdoor tables in a shaded area on a fairly busy downtown street. The menu provides an excellent variety of Mediterranean foods making our choices very difficult and we really couldn’t go wrong with any choice The staff talk to us about their native homes where I have visited, and I enjoyed being able to converse with with them about their culture cultures They have an accessible restroom with Grab bars and 5 1/2‘ x 5‘ space Excellent lunch and I plan to return

Found this place on a work trip. The food was fresh and delicious! I enjoyed the Piyaz salad and especially loved the spinach feta borak. The wait staff was friendly and seems to take pride in serving good food. If you drink coffee, be sure to have a cup of Turkish coffee.

loved the food here! Best falafel I've had in a while. The chicken gyro platter was very flavourful as well. The only thing i did not enjoy was the baklava 🥲 it was too sweet and I've had better- but would definitely go back for more.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! The food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, quality and large portions with every dish. The service was friendly and attentive not overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The pink sultan changed my life!! Highly recommend.

Truly a hidden gem at the heart of St. Petersburg. I never had a dining experience as good as this one in a long time. Space here is limited, so there’s a chance you may eat on the sidewalk. However, our service was polite, timely, and excellent. They even said that they won’t make us pay for food we didn’t like when we were done. This restaurant serves both Greek & Turkish food, and you can’t go wrong either way. For starters we had the four cold appetizer combo and every single dip we had was amazing; especially the Spicy Feta. And for my man dish, it was the Yogurt Kebap. It’s creamy, flavorful, and delicious once you mix everything together. Overall, I would drive all the way from Tampa just to eat here. I liked it that much.
