Mint House St. Peterburg by Kasa

I have stayed at the Mint House 6 times in the past 2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it each time. My husband and I as well as our kids and their spouses also accompany us sometimes as they love it as well. Very well situated and the place is super clean, well taken care of and the staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are well kept and stocked so making a quick breakfast is like being at home. 😊 I think it is a very good value and situated so well in downtown St. Pete that your stay should be nothing but enjoyable. The rooms are kept at a very comfortable 71F temperature which is ideal for this steamy summer weather. Our Golden Retriever accompanied us this time and there was a cute, well thought out doggie gift bag waiting for him. 🐶 he was most comfortable in his room too! Jon at the front desk is a gem and very pleasant and helpful. He does not hesitate to assist with anything you ask. My valet guys Devon and Anthony are the best as well. They are the sweetest and really hustle to retrieve your vehicle quickly. Devon was so nice to offer me an umbrella whilst it was raining and Anthony was so prompt and helpful at checkout. Mint House is a very nicely appointed and well maintained extended stay hotel. It's also great for short-term travelers who want the convenience of having a room with a kitchen, full-size refrigerator and washer/dryer. I love the vibe of the laid-back Edge District of St. Pete, there are dozens of fantastic restaurants within just a few blocks, as well as some great bars and locally owned shops. And it's just a short walk to downtown and The Pier. Our room was clean and the pool/barbecue area is very relaxing. And all of this came at a very reasonable price. I will book here again!

Absolutely amazing. This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. As a young couple, the location was incredible; we were able to easily get around using Lime scooters, Uber, and the St. Pete bus systems. Additionally, there were many things to do, restaurants, etc in walking distance. The hotel was super clean, quiet, and had beautiful views. We LOVED having a kitchen and laundry all in our room as well. The balconies are a lovely place to relax, and the room itself was pristine. The front desk staff was super kind, allowing us to check in once the room was ready, and hold our bags before our flight so we could continue to explore on our last day. This was our first time in St. Pete, and Mint House was a huge part of our amazing vacation. We will absolutely be staying again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great prices, views, and service.

Very homie, and comfortable. This was a far more enjoyable stay than at a traditional hotel, I was sad my stay was over. The amenities made things very very convenient, like a full fridge and kitchenette for cooking so I’m not spending an arm and a leg on takeout. Great views, because the rooms face north or south I’m not blasted with sunlight in the morning waking me up, and I can watch the sunrise from the room’s balcony.

My husband and I love staying here! Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to museums and Tropicana Field (if you're enjoying a Rays game before they move). The rooms are always clean. Check-in/out is easy and convenient. Whether you're from out of town or doing a stay-cation, I highly recommend Mint House for a fun, affordable, and relaxing experience.
