MadFish Restaurant of St. Pete Beach

This is a very cool dining destination. An old school diner turned into something quite fun. John, our server and bartender was entertaining, engaging and fun. The food was extraordinary compared to the many places we've been to in St. Pete's beach. We definitely recommend Madfish!

I am so so happy to write how absolutely amazing this spot is! Not only is the food carefully and meticulously prepared to perfection; the staff is who takes this place to the next level! I have never felt more welcomed and cared for than I did by the hosts and our amazing server. These women are genuinely great at their job and made our family feel so welcomed and at home. If you’re a local or a tourist, you must try! The Beef Wellington was out of this world and I order that every time it’s offered on a menu, & we visit a lot of restaurants. The oysters were fresh and delicious! Take my word for it, you will have an amazing meal and an amazing time here. 10/10!!!

Genuinely the perfect experience from start to finish. My spouses filet and my grouper + shrimp had us both stunned. Our server was amazing and so personable as well. This restaurant has such a special feeling, and I’ll return here every time I’m in the area.

We just can recommend the restaurant. The food is delicious, the wine is great, the service is very friendly and fast and the location is really nice. We are with our family on vacation in US and after two weeks we found the best restaurant in Florida, therefore we visited the restaurant twice. One small recommendation to the chef; heat your plates upfront (maybe usually you do it), that will increase the meal experience a lot and shorten the espresso; original Italian espresso is just a pease of nothing :) Thank you for the great experience in your restaurant!

The staff are outstanding—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready with great recommendations. The seafood is some of the freshest you’ll find, cooked to perfection with bold, creative flavors. The steaks and sides are just as impressive, making it a perfect spot whether you’re craving surf or turf. Cocktails are well-crafted, and dessert is a must to finish off the evening. Every visit feels special, and the quality and service are consistently top-notch. Five stars all the way!
