JC Resorts Beachfront Vacation Rentals

Unit 504 at Emerald Isle was everything we hoped for—and more. The sunsets from the private deck are absolutely incredible, the kind that make you stop whatever you’re doing just to take it all in. Inside, the space is spotless with a clean, modern decor that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a beautiful white sand beach, perfect for morning walks or lazy afternoons by the water. The unit itself is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need… and even a few things you didn’t realize you’d appreciate until they were there. What really stood out, though, were the hosts. They’re friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in maintaining such a wonderful rental. It shows in every detail. We’d can’t wait to come back next spring.
We have stayed in numerous Hamilton House units managed by JC Resorts. They have handled our reservations, unit needs and emergency requests quickly and fully. We are currently renting Hamilton House #101 which is rated a gold unit. Unfortunately, the unit does not even come close to meriting the designation. The pots and pans are old, mismatched and show their age. There are no cleaning supplies that might be needed to deal with household accidents and/or spills. While it might seem a minor matter there is no dust pan to pick up dirt, debris or dust. It may appear picky but there are no spare light bulbs. We would have to call the JC rental office replacement. Trying to watch TV is an adventure. There are no instructions on how to use the TV in conjunction with the Spectrum XUMO controller. I had to use Google to navigate the process. None of the above would necessitate comment except you pay a rental premium over other units we have occupied. The overall accommodations, cookware and amenities should earn the gold designation and rental fee than Hamilton House silver units.
Emerald Isle Unit 304 was fantastic. It was very well maintained and very clean. It was a perfect size for our party of three. And the washer/dryer unit was much appreciated. It has a really nice kitchen. We stayed from 5/3/25-5/17/25. We are already going to reserve it again for another two weeks next year, 5/2/26-5/16/26. The only minor suggestion I would make is for a basic Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Then it would be beyond fantastic. I highly recommend this condo. You will love it, the view from the balcony, the beach, the Gulf and the town of North Reddington Beach. I can't wait for next year. Sincerely, Tim Engle
We stayed at the Sand Dollar in Indian Shores, FL for the first time. Although a little bit dated, the complex is super clean and very well maintained. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The hard working staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location of the complex was perfect for us. A great community with so many restaurants, shops, etc. It is centrally located so you are surrounded by things to do if you can pull yourself off the beach (which we barely did). It's a quiet, beautiful, relaxing spot. Our unit (#103) was amazing! A little outdated, but very clean and quite large. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, etc. Towels and linens were good quality. Pros: 1) The view from the balcony! Being on the gulf is breath taking. Watching the pier light up at night during sunset - amazing! 2) 3 huge bedrooms with plenty of dresser and closet space. 3) 2 full bathrooms 4) Washer/Dryer in unit 5) 8 large beach towels supplied in unit 6) The heated salt water pool and hot tub The only 'cons' of our stay were: 1) Poor lighting in the bathrooms and throughout the unit. They would benefit from some nice LED bulbs. I'd recommend a white shower curtain and a clear shower liner only to allow the light into the shower - it is like showering in a dark cave. And one bedroom had no lamp, only the ceiling fan light, which was inconvenient if you couldn't reach the pull chain. 2) When we arrived the unit's A/C was not working properly. When we asked about it, they sent someone up immediately. He was able to resolve the problem with a quirky fix, that although not too inconvenient to maintain, did become somewhat of a nuisance. The unit owner may want to find a better solution to ensure the A/C is working properly at all times. Fortunately the temps were manageable while we were there. 3) Master bedroom mattress is not very comfy. Although a large king sized bed, we were both falling into a hole in the middle of the mattress. Overall our stay was fantastic. We hope to come back again for 2 weeks next time. The whole area has so many things to see and do.
Been loving Ram Sea since the 90s. They have 2 and 3 bedrooms condos and all with several ocean views from them. Each unit is stocked with cook wares, plates coffee Etc and a full fridge, stove and microwave. The units are very nice. I think they have a weekly minimum in the season. In ground pool and hot tub. The beach is perfect and everything is always clean and the staff are excellent. They have washers and dryers on each floor. Some units even have washers and dryers. Close to eateries and shopping. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The view of Gulf Blvd is lovely at night. Highly recommend Ram Sea.
