iTrip St. Petersburg Beaches

We’ve rented 3 different units around Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach with these folks and I can’t recommend them highly enough! The advance communication when gathering and comparing options is efficient and the team is super friendly and responsive. All of the units we’ve rented have been spotlessly clean, well-supplied with lots of extra kitchen gear and towels that make staying there easy and comfortable. When we’ve needed support during the trip, the on-site team has been incredibly responsive and helped us out immediately. Examples of this include dropping off some little ant baits and doing a ln extra spray when one unit had a few little sugar ants near the patio entrance (which are common to find in almost every Florida rental at some point!) During one stay, they also purchased and dropped off a new DVD player to replace one that was having a few issues, which allowed us to watch old home movies that a family member had recently converted from old slides. Of the explore program really offered us some surprising value that I wasn’t expecting! We got a bunch of free ice cream, and saved a lot of money on our visits to Busch Gardens, clearwater Marine Aquarium, and a few others other local attractions. It’s definitely a perk that will help you r ottoman-line budget if you take advantage of it! Overall, I definitely recommend booking through this wonderful group of people!

We had an amazing vacation at one of iTrip Vacations’ beach houses in Madeira Beach! The property management team was incredibly professional from start to finish - communicative, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. Island Inn - 216 COCKROACH INFESTATION Our stay from April 11–15 was completely overshadowed by a cockroach infestation. On the second night, we found 10–15 baby cockroaches in the kitchen area of the studio, along with larger roaches near the refrigerator and even one on a pillow where we were sleeping. When we called the after-hours line, we were told this was “common in the South” and nothing could be done until morning. The next day, maintenance arrived with a can of Raid and again acted like this was normal and not a serious issue. Only after seeing more roaches themselves did they finally move us to another room hours later. We lost most of our Monday dealing with the situation and carefully moving our belongings to avoid bringing roaches home. The larger complex staff were shocked the management company never informed them about the infestation. Despite paying about $1,200 for the stay, (around $300 a night) we were refunded only $98. Completely unacceptable customer service and handling of a serious cleanliness issue. I would not stay here again.

iTrips has been managing our condo for over three years and have made everything very easy. They keep up on minor repairs for very reasonable fees, and also have located contractors and repairmen for larger jobs. Communication is very good as well and I like the owners portal they provide. I would recommend iTrips to anyone looking for a property manager.
